Pregnant?

Okay so I found out I was late for my depo shot by a month. I didn't know I had missed the last one. Well I am supposed to go back to the doctor in 2 weeks to take a pregnancy test. I really do want another baby, but my husband does not.
I haven't told him because if it turns out I am not then there would be no need to make him upset with the news. If I am then I will have to just come out and tell him and hope he doesn't stay upset for long.
I wish I didn't have to wait so long. I asked a friend of mine if she had any pregnancy tests left and she does. We planned a play date for our kids on Sunday and she will give me some then. I am wondering if I should wait until a week before my appointment or just try and take it after the play date is over. If I am, I'll be planning a nice announcement, but I don't know how I will be doing it.
How long did you wait to take a test? Was your second pregnancy different from the first?

I don't have any kids or know how depo works. But if your friend has a tester/extra, it won't hurt to try? I know you will be eager.

Every pregnancy is a little different in some ways. At least for me it was. Good luck if you are, I hope he will be happy with time-I am sure he will. =)

Well I have never been pregnant but I was on the depo shot for three years. I could never forget to not take mine since my doctor's office calls me about it and gives me a sheet of paper that reminds me when I should get it again. I am sure your husband will be happy about having another child. You can't always plan these kinds of things. Good luck.
