What are some small things we could do to make each day better?

I always try to do following things to make each day better: - Helping as many people as much possible. - Always try to be cool and positive. - Eat tasty food. - Exercise. - Wake up early. What are the other things I can do to make each day of my life better? Please share your thoughts...

From the previous night try to write small lists of things you would like to accomplish for the next day. it can range from something small like saying please and thank you to something bigger like going on the road to help the less fortunate. you can volunteer more. things like mediation also works wonders. Good luck with making life better (y)

In addition to your list, the feeling of gratitude should always be present. Say thank you always. Actually, there are unlimited things we have to be thankful for every day. Once we already have that habit, we will see peace of mind to live within us.
