How do you know when someone really loves you?

I have been with my girlfriend for like 2 years now and I absolutely know that she loves me. we've been close friends for 12 years - but some people are always asking this question. How do you know.
Before I give my opinion I want to hear all your opinions.

Not sure if I could find words to answer your question because I just know it when someone loves me without them having to tell me they really do. Could be how they treat me, or how they make me feel.

One of sign that your girlfriend really love you is, she give more attention to you, especially when you get difficulty or big problem. She inside of you not just when happy or has much money

It is definitely noticeable just by seeing her eyes. She will see at you like you are the best thing that has happened to her. That is true love my friend!
