Do you ever "adjust" your targeted ads on MyLot?

I know I've written about this before, but it became an "issue" this morning. I booked a flight to NY for this week to see my Auntie. That was a couple of days ago. Now all I'm seeing on MyLot (in addition to the usual click-bit ads) is ads for flights to NY (all of which seem to be at lower fares than mine), ads for the Hilton in NY (I'm staying at my Auntie's house), and other travel-related things.
I'm glad that Big Brother is watching my internet activity so closely, but I'd rather see ads about guitars, vintage stereo gear, and such like, than ads about flights and hotels. So this morning, I'm making a point of visiting eBay listings for vintage speakers, elite guitars (and mandolins), and such like. Just seeing them makes me smile, and makes my MyLot experience more fun, in spite of the inevitable Hot Asian Brides and Oprah crying.
Do you ever tweak the ads you see on MyLot?

Yes, but not on purpose. But, I am happy to see inoffensive things that show up after I've been searching.
