This one was also pretty shy this morning. I ended up scaring it off earlier in my walk, before I could get my camera ready, and only managed to get this shot of it before it squawked and took off again.

I think it's a grey heron.

I think that is a grey heron what a lucky shot I saw three of them sitting atop the Vietnamese grocery store behing our retirement center buiding and someone told me they were grey heron, sadly I had no camera. thats a great photo
