Frustration!

I thought I can finally have my internet provider ,I am suppose to have it today but there is a conflict. They want to connect it in my house's first floor which I refused because I wanted it in my bed room which is on the 3rd floor. The guys from PLDT said that if I want my connection on the 3rd floor. I have to hire a private electrician to do the wiring first and I can contact them when it's finished so they can give me the connection.
When I called their hotline for my application the agent told me that I can have my connection on the 3rd floor. The agent didnt told me I need to hire a private electrician.
So when the day came all my expectations got shattered.
Because of that I still have to use damn smartbro and it's garbage service. I hope I can find an electrician tomorrow.

Ugh! So wait, then doesn't this mean you won't need to find an electrician after all? I hate it when there is conflicting information - ultimately you are the one who ends up having to do this homework. I hope it can all be straightened out so you can get good internet service!

They didnt say I need an electrician when I made my application. They only said it when I was about to have a connection.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Oh, got it. I was thinking you called the hotline again. Well then that wasn't cool of them . . . that's lost time! Hope you found an electrician then . . . and hope it didn't cost you too much more.

@much2say It caused me 12 bucks, The electrician already set it up for me, Now I just wait for the employees of my telecom to finally give me the connection in few hours

Globe have data cap on their postpaid. I do not want to deal with internet that is meant for cellphones anymore/

I'm using globe plan and the internet service is good in our area...one thing that irritates me is the scam text messages that we receive on it's free phone that usually says that my phone is chareged with a particular amount. And that for me to reverse or for me to not pay it we should txt a code in a particular number...if you check the instructions, it it PASALOAD..

I can now get busy with humanatic now because I finally got it installed. I paid extra money but it is worth it. 5mbps! is a huge improvement over 400kbps. I feel so happy.

The chord limit thingie of PLDT annoys me. I dont want connection on my first floor.
