Do you wear eyeglasses? If so, what is the reason why you are wearing eyeglasses? Do you wear it for fashion? Or just to get an impression? There are some who wears eyeglasses because they want to look intelligent Some wears it because they say it is fashionable. Others have it specifically for reading purposes. But most often, they wear it for medical purposes. Eyeglasses are used to correct or cure our eye defects. It becomes an integral part of our looks. Sometimes it is small, Sometimes it is too big that almost cover the beauty of our face. No matter what our purpose is, Eyeglasses helps. May it be for fashion or for prescription. The fact is, it is for our vision.

I used to wear them when I was still a student. I have clearer and better vision now. I don't wear them anymore.

I wear one. 25, 50, 100, 200. That is the how my eyes gradually loses its usual sight.

@wiLLmaH Mine is 175. And sometimes I can't recognize right away the person near me. They think that I am a snob because I did not smile or greet them.

I don't but I wear sunglasses. I've seen some where glasses because they need it, and some just for fashion. It was a trend awhile back to wear as just a trend/fashion.

Wearing sunglasses is good for our eyes. Especially during summer. That is to protect our eyes from the direct heat of the sun.

@magallon Yes, here I wear sunglasses year-round since its sunny most of the time.

I only wear a reading glass when i will be reading , even if i don't like to wear one because it makes me look so much older.

Yes, there are glasses that make us look mature. So we have to choose those that really suit our style and age.

I have had glasses since I was 16 and I will be 32 next month. I hate glasses but they are fashionable.

I don't like wearing glasses too. But I really have to wear it. But I just wear it in times that I need it.

I have two pairs of glasses and contact lenses. I needed glasses when I was a child because I was near sided. I got another pair of glasses for reading purposes and I have sunglasses I wear over my glasses and over my contacts because the sun get get very strong.

I agree to that.. we need to wear sunglasses when we are outside nowadays to protect our eyes from the sun. Too much exposure to the heat of the sun can cause eye defects..

Sadly to say I wear glasses because I am near-sighted. If I have perfect vision, I don't want to wear glasses at all. In fact usually I don't wear glasses when I have to watch TV or movie.

I also wear glasses. I kept telling myself before that I don't want to wear glasses, but I realized, we really have to come to this point of wearing glasses. Maybe because of our age or maybe because we really have eye defects.

I want to wear eyeglasses or shades for fashion but I'm not comfortable. I feel uneasy so I don't wear glasses often, maybe if I have sore eyes only. I don't need to wear it for medical purpose because I have no eye problems.

That's true. I also feel uncomfortable wearing Eyeglasses but I cannot read or do mylotting without it.
