What is a good breakfast?

What is considered as a good breakfast? I am bit confused about different articles on the internet. Some says healthy breakfast should contain fibre rich food likr oats, fruits etc. While others say it should protein rich as it keeps the stomach fullish and stops binge eating.

Protein rich as well as fibre rich breakfast is good for health. Try to have a variety. You can also have it alternatively like one day protein rich and next day fibre rich breakfast.

I think it depends on what your physical activity that day demands. When we go cycling (we go for a long ride for hours) we eat protein rich food. So those articles you have read are actually all correct.

For my health break fast is milk and boiled egg is must for my daily and fruits like apple and banana mix will get u both fiber and good source of energy, daily eat apple keep doctor away from u . keep thing simple that only way , read to much make on internet is only mess and expensive life style
