Which apple would you prefer to eat, Green Apples or Red Apples? What is the difference between the two in terms of nutrition you can get?

I prefer the Pink colored Fuji apples and golden delicious apples but because they were not on the choice. I will go for green because Granny smith is more delicious than washington apples.

I don't know what's the difference between green and red apples. But I tend to like green apples because it is crisp. But we don't have green apples here any more for years. I don't really know why. Perhaps people like red apples much more and therefore they don't import the green ones.

Always red apples for me. They give a better crunch and are usually sweeter. In terms of nutrition I have no idea which is better for you

Green apples tend to be less sweet, therefore they have a little less sugar. They are probably a bit better for you for that reason. Sorry to say but Granny Smith and Red "delicious" (they are not delicious) are both from Washington State. I think I like the Braeburns the best. They are yellow and red, tart, and have a very nice flavor.

The green ones ahre more acidity, meanwhile the red ones are more sweety. I prefer the red ones, but both are great even to control your digestive system. So, they are a good supplement during a diet.

I prefer green apples because they are normally juicier and not as sweet.
