Good morning.Remember the good ole hippies days?
promoting love.flower,skin head etc/
I really enjoy that times in our life.
Puff the magic dragon.Peter,Paul,Mary
Some told us the Rock and Roll was going to send us to hell.I
I love the hippies day.we had flower power,love,etc.
What do we have now gun violence and a threat to our country by a man who wants to be President.This is very scary.
Hippies day was fun and hardly any violence
Where were you in those days?

There was violence, it was just kept quieter than it is now. Plus so many of them turned their brains to mush.

I was a student in 1969, the Summer of Lurve! My daughter still has my favourite kaftan. My husband (whom I'd just started dating) was in Boston, US for whole of that summer, in which time the Lunar Landing, Woodstock and the Chappaquiddick Bridge incident took place. Needless to say, he was present at none of them.

oh I wish I could live those days over amadeo as I fell in love and married I was so happy I had a bew husband and I was soon pregnant and he was a dream of a love so we lasted 33 year
s. Im now widowed for a long time but they were such precious years flower children love peace now days are scary God deliver us from Trump as president as he is horrible

There are still hippies out there. Maybe not too similar to back then but similar lifestyle and mindset. Are there any hippie-like things that you still hold onto?

We're watching Marcus Welby MD right now. Sure brings back the clothes and the era. I know a couple of people who continue on in their hippie hood.
