Oh I just love a job well done.

I added my baked mac and cheese to the thrifty fun contest. I can't believe how good it came out. Seasoned just perfect as well. I am going to find some new dishes and learn them. I was talking with someone here about something like keesh. I have no idea how to spell it. I am thinking of learning that to enter as well. I hope my daughter comes to get some or I will have no problem smacking on it till it's gone. There are times I will make a dish and drop it right in the trash. Well this is not that dish. I love the flavors that the seasoning salts add to the meal. I hate mac and cheese that has no flavors. Yuck. People always ask how I make mine and I never tell them. It's ok right. Enjoy your day. I have to get ready for therapy soon.

That does look good. Funny too cause I was just thinking that mac and cheese sounded good. I saw a picture of a greek dish that is sort of like a quiche. It is called Spanakopita and has cheeses and spinach in it. Yum! Pastry on the outside.
