I know at places you eat out they tend to give you lemon water, and I don't mind it. A member here posted about it, and helping like laxatives. So I got a couple lemons in my veggie box this week so I cut it up and mixed it with about 4 bottles of water. It is in the fridge chilling right now as I love my water freezing ice cold.

I suppose since lemon is a citrus it might help with constipation but I have never heard of it before. Drinking a lot of water is helpful to keep us regular as well.

I add some juice like lemon or orange to the water in summer. In winter I drink little water. I do drink hot broths though.

I notice that in restaurants but I don't do it at home. I sometimes make lemonade.
