I wonder about the weather

I had lots of muscle spasms in my back legs and arms this morning, sometime after 3:30. It makes me think it may storm this afternoon. That seems to make my fibromyalgia act up. Meanwhile, I am going to do things that stretch me a lot today and see if it does better. I may take a muscle relaxer before bed time tonight. This happens if I get too cold, so I always set the air conditioner at 78. I guess I could go check weather channel and see what it says.

Could be the weather. I think weather has a bigger effect on our well-being more than we realize.

We ended up shopping and taking a drive out of curiosity, so I did not stretch. I did take the muscle relaxer, which I resist. I think it rained over night, but I am still groggy from the muscle relaxer.

The cold fronts make me hurt not that I am old. Something is about to happen because I have noticed how crazy the ants have gotten the last few days.

Even young people have fibromyalgia, and small children react to weather changes. Do ants predict earthquakes? I wonder since they live in the ground. We have had a lot of earthquakes in Oklahoma and Kansas the last few years.

We may have had some rain last night, I think I heard it. I did take the musle relaxer and I am still foggy from it. We have rain predicted as a possibility for several days.

The Weather Channel doesn't usually have the right forecast for here, so I usually go to Accuweather. I know that some arthritis sufferers "feel" the weather, too. Hope it gets better!

@GardenGerty Sometimes every site has a different forecast. I check about three sites when that happens, then I give up.

I hope that you aren't still having the muscle spasms. It rained a lot here today. It did cool things off too.

It sounds like you might be better at predicting the weather than the professional weather forecasters.

Little kids and senior citizens are good predictors.

Extremes either way to hot or to cold hurts me so bad these days. Bad weather days the same way . I think I need to send one of my kids to massage school .

You live quite a bit west of me. I should have sent hubby to massage school.. My chiropractor taught him how to do myofascial release on my back.
