I am not hungry but it seems I can't stop wanting to eat.

I decided to eat romaine lettuce with salad dressing. I feel better that I had something to eat. I shared the last of it with pepper as well. The bottom of which I would normally not eat is what I left for when I need a nibble again. I can't wait for my lettuce to grow for me to eat more when the snack mood kicks in.

Sounds like you need some protein also. Rice, beans, and maybe some nuts. I love lettuce also, but it never fills me up.

Chewing helps you concentrate. The choice of lettuce is good because it is low calorie, high fiber, and it helps you stay hydrated.

You can put the end of a cut lettuce in water and it will grow roots and more leaves.

@sharon6345 Yeah, I find that I have to change it at least once a day until I'm able to plant them in soil.

I like eating lettuce and tomatoes as a salad. They are good together.
