I'm really tired!

I don't know what the problem is. I slept late. I took a nap this afternoon. And I am now ready to go to bed at 7pm. If I didn't have dinner in the oven, I would absolutely head to bed right now. Instead I have to wait up until my stuffed peppers are finished baking. I suppose I should stay up and eat dinner with my husband as well. That would be the polite thing to do. But I will be in bed shortly thereafter! I don't know why I'm so tired but I'm not going to fight it. My body needs rest!

I am too but that is because I went to bed late, woke up early, exercised, cleaned, and had no naps
