The AdBlock Pro will not let me work on some sites.

I got AdBlock Pro and the shockwave problems I had here disappeared. But at the same time now I cannot work at some sites, such as Clixsense. The worst of it all is that I don´t know how to take it away now. I´d be happy if any of you could help me in this.As it is, I don´t know what to do.
