Seems When There is Bad News that There is Good News To Even It Out

If you read my post yesterday, you read about my frustration of how I've been working harder on TSU these past few months to earn more each day to get to the $100 payout......and how yesterday they blacked out the site. They will be paying those who had reached the $100 minimum, eventually, they say. I chatted with many in the Wow app (another way to earn by chatting there instead of facebook or skype). One had gotten ahold of the owner who stated that all funds are frozen, so no, we will not be allowed to transfer any money we earned to others to take them to the $100. Blah on him!! In the meantime yesterday, rabadaba went online!! Yay! We can now work rabadaba on our computers as well as with the app. I read that in someone else's post as I was searching for posts there about TSU. Of course I had to check it out, then got lost there, staying up way past even my normal late night time. So, if any of you have been wanting to rabadaba, but didn't have a smartphone to do it, you can now! If you've not heard about it, or read what I've posted here and there about it, it's another social media that pays. It's lots of fun to post photos and videos (your own original content only), then go see what others are posting. You favorite and upvote (or downvote). You earn for everything you do as well as the activity of what you post. And, payout is only a $10 minimum, automatically paid on the 15th of each month if you've reached the minimum, just like mylot. So yes, I do get excited about the little things. Doesn't it seem to you like when you receive bad news that you also get good news that evens out the bad news too? The image is a screenshot of my profile page taken from my laptop.

@shaggin I waited about 6 months before I started posting on bubblews. I'm still in awe that it was so long that I was able to make over $200 a month. I really figured it would end soon so going almost 2 years at was awesome. I really need something that I enjoy like I did there that will bring me in that kind of money again, but I just don't think it's out there.....noting that I said something that I enjoy.

@marsha32 Hmm tempting I may wait another 6 months or so to see if it sticks around. I don't want to join another new site and have it shut down and be a waste of time.

@marsha32 Wow that is amazing you earned that much at Bubblews. I earned payput twice then once at the $50 I think then after that I was never paid the last $50 I earned and the same thing happened to many others at the time so I quit.

I've been trying to join Rabadaba tonight. I loaded iTunes onto my computer to access the app, but it doesn't work. It appears you can only use Rabadaba on your computer after you've created an account on a mobile device first. I don't have internet on my phone and the app isn't available for Kindle so I guess I've just wasted a lot of time researching the site.

You can do text posts. They are limited in characters and now have changed where text posts do not show up in the feeds, only in your profile, so for someone to see them they have to be in your profile.

i've come to the conclusion that many'f these sites'r a tad crooked 'n that with any requirin' a high 'mount to reach a payout the worst 'f 'em. jest from what i've read, i've very limited workin' 'f such, this jest bein' my 2nd place to land. i've not the time to add 'nother place. i rarely get good news right'n top'f bad, reckon such's the need to ferment a bit first. 'r marinate...'t least't gives time to put such 'nto perspective i reckon.

One guy on TSU had been paid $33,000!! He was very popular though with thousands upon thousands of followers. I also chat regularly with many who had been paid time and time again. It was just mu dumb luck that I suck at getting referrals and the ones I did get didn't stay with it. Plus I guess I didn't socialize "right" or something. It was only in the past few months that I started sharing more pictures, sharing more stuff by others to my feed, and doing a lot more liking and commenting. Now it was all just a waste of time with the exception that some of those people also follow me on rabadaba and we are making sure to get to each others content there.

I'm needing to rethink a lot of what I do online because so many of the traffic exchanges have now been locked out of paypal.

I've about to give up on these sites, they come and go so fast and don't pay anything to speak of. I want my Triond back.

I never did Triond but assume it's like squidoo, helium etc? I'm not doing much on blogbourne as it will probably be like the others and just stop paying or disappear, but it does look and feel nice.

I am glad that is a positive change for you. I am waiting for my good news to follow my bad news with a blown out tire.

The good news there could be that you were not hurt when the tire blew out. That is the scary part for me of having blow outs---losing control of the vehicle.

Can you send a referral for rabadaba?

Rabadaba sounds interesting as photography is one of my hobbies. However, with so many sites closing unexpectedly, I'm not sure whether to trust any of the newer sites. I wasn't a member of Tsu but I did use ChatAbout, which closed unexpectedly yesterday. That's just the latest in a long line of sites to let me down.

I don't think rabadaba would work for me if it's just photos and video but I do wish you well.
