The zucchini lemon bread is done

Good evening.We have a town meeting at seven. This is the day I do my bread for the homeless.I really did not feel like it. But felt guilty.With so much running around about my daughter car.I am pooped.Do not feel like going to the meeting. The bread is zucchini lemon that is.What is different is the texture and the color this is a yellow zucchini and a big difference than the green one. I am going to try a piece to see how it taste.The green one is much watering than the yellow that is not as much. Mike will give me the report tomorrow. Grill chicken and egg plant is our menu for tonight. Have a good evening.As Red Skelton say God Bless

I like yellow zucchini, it is true that they are less watery and they are perfect also to make muffins. Your bread looks good.

@amadeo There are less seeds inside so they are less "spongy". There is a green variety in France that is similar to the yellow one and they are also less watery.

Did you save me some? I don't know how many zucchini's I've had this summer that I swore I was at least going to grate and freeze to make bread later. Every one of them has rotted before I did.
