Time for a new series, and this particular topic is one that I'm sure most enjoy: kissing. Let's with #10 in the Favorite Kissing Songs series, Blue Oyster Cult's "Before the Kiss, a Redcap." Led by vocalist's\guitarist's Eric Bloom and Buck Dharma (Donald Roeser,) Blue Oyster Cult formed in Long Island in 1967 as The Soft White Underbelly. They are best known for their classic hit "(Don't Fear) The Reaper." The band's self-titled 1972 debut contained the song "Before the Kiss, a Redcap." A redcap is a drug, but is also slang for passing said drug via kiss. The hard-rocking tune was not a hit, nor was it the most popular track on the album ("Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll" earns that distinction,) but damned if it isn't a great song nonetheless.

@JohnRoberts - She didn't care much for baseball, so we didn't go to a lot of Rockies games together.
