well i think normally when we are happy we are not stressed so basically its jamming your thoughts ,when you are perplexed you are in hobson's choice,and slip into deeper one on max whats your opine,any way its of no good to us so do you have options to cope up with it

Stress, as I come to know, is one of the factors of illness or which affects general well-being. There are a lot of factors that can cause stress to anyone including you and me. Financial problems can cause stress; relationship problems can cause much emotional stress; family problems cause lots of stress to parents; health problems cause stress as well. What we can do is to give it to God and trust Him that it will come to pass. Then, think of some practical solutions without much negativity in the mind. Exercise can be helpful too. Going out and do charity will bring joy in your heart and not stress. Have a stress-free day.
