At night every sleeping position feels uncomfortable and in mornings I feel comfortable in every sleeping position... Does it happens to you too?

@anamika161088 hmmmm I'm wondering why. I can have lots of difficulty sleeping too no matter what time of day / night. Very intriguing about your case though.

I don't have that problem. I have always found being horizontal is extremely comfortable.

NIght sleep is better for me as it is nice and quiet when everyone is sleeping. In the morning, there is always noise made by people and I can not stay asleep if I am woken up by noise as well as by the strong light outside the window. So if I sleep late, I would not have enough sleeping hours and it will affect my day activities.

@anamika161088 I currently don't know the figures but there was a time that you could cook an egg using the sun. :)

Seems like this has been made for me :D I cannot sleep at night, whereas I am a sloth bear in morning. I can fall asleep wherever I find myself a place.

It has happened to me a couple of times when I had to work, or go to school nights, and so my sleeping schedule was messed up a bit. It may sound a little juvenile, but sleeping with a body pillow, or a huge stuffed animal made it more comfortable then, and I could sleep like a baby. It may be that your body clock is just a bit out of whack, and your body is trying to readjust your sleeping habits to fit it. Just a thought. Hope this helps some.
