Yes, losing a job sucks and the money situation is also terrible to think about. But the worst since is to tell, Eric, my boyfriend that I have lost another job. I lost my retail job a year ago and now I have to tell him I failed yet again. He has only gotten fired once in his whole career of working. And I have been fired twice already in little over a year. My tummy is aching from the stress because I hate feeling like such a failure. I cannot work normally like other people do and it is not fair. I got fired from my retail job because I was not fast enough. And it is true, I am very slow because my body aches all the time. I am so upset and have been wanting to cry all day but I have been constantly trying to find another job online. I know the tears will come out once he is home. I'm such a burden on his life.

I am so sorry and I cannot believe that they were so rude in the place where you worked. If you have health problems I am sure that your boyfriend will not be mad at you.

@DesirousDreamer You have not to blame yourself if you cannot just be normal. You have a caring boyfriend, I understand he feels sorry for you.

Oh please don't think that way. Its not your fault that your body aches and you can't work as fast as others. Keep your chin up!

@DesirousDreamer I can relate. I hurt my back in 2010,and can't lift anything heavy or stand very long without being in pain. I haven't worked since and I have felt the same way as you. But it gets better.

@marie42 Yeah it is just so annoying I cannot be a normal working person. All my friends well old friends have jobs and such and I'm scrounging on the internet looking for whatever I can do.

I'm sorry to hear you have lost your job. I hope your boyfriend doesn't take it too harshly. As long as you keep looking for a job until you find one that fits you, you are doing the best you can.

I'm trying so hard. What makes it really bad is that we were just talking about saving money last night.

I"m sure he will tell you you are not a burden in his life. I'm sure there's another job waiting for you out there. It's ok to feel disappointed and so down because of it, but hope you don't linger much on the bad feeling and continue to look forward to a better tomorrow.

I feel that if your boyfriend knows you have an issue with chronic pain, he should be understanding. It isn't the same situation as with someone who is healthy and gets fired because they're goofing off or something. Are you sure you don't need disability maybe, and something to do part time? I feel so bad for you.

@DesirousDreamer Yeh I know it can be a nightmare trying to apply. So many rules. I hope your boyfriend is understanding. I doubt he considers you a burden. Maybe he can even help you find something. You're doing the best you can Hugs.

The process of getting disability would be so hard for me because I been to so many doctors. and most I do not remember. Thyroid disorder is not the easiest to get disability for either.

I am so sorry that you are having to go through so much pain, especially at your age. I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia so I can certainly understand. I'm sure your boyfriend will understand as well.

I am very sorry you are going through that. It is not fun dealing with all this pain. Makes it so hard to actually do anything
