My Photography - Megan & Jonathan Prom

This is another photo from Megan's prom. This was a close up of them two looking at each other. That is Megan's boyfriend and I am not really a fan of him but for some reason she likes guys who talk down to her and fights her on everything and flips on her for reasons like having a friend over or making the choice to go to college. I just don't understand it. She is way to pretty and smart for it.

It's common that for some people opposites do attract for the strangest reasons. That's a very beautiful photo!

They aren't really opposites. He is just not a good person. He doesn't treat her like a human but as his possession. He flips on her whenever she makes a decision that is good for her like going to college. He talks down to her and gets mad over the stupidest things like her having friends over. I am just hoping when she leaves for college that she realizes that she deserves better and doesn't deserve to be treated the way he treats her. He will even talk down to her and yell at her in front of her parents but in front of me he want because I want listen to him say things like that to her.

@CaseyRoss9966 hmm He does sound kind of scary possessive and bossy towards her. He doesn't seem to have any respect for her nor her parents. That's a very strange relationship they have. I'm surprised she puts up with his attitude.

@Micmac I feel like she puts up with it because she doesn't think she can do better. She was a bigger girl for a long time and then she lost a lot of weight but then gained some of it back and I feel like she just settled because she thought no one would want her because she was a little bigger. I told my boyfriend one day that if he ever spoke to me and treated me like that there would be some problems and he wouldn't have girlfriend and he told me he would never speak to me that way because he respects me and loves me. I have seen Jonathan's dad talk to his mother like that as well so I guess he learned it from him.

Great photo! Bad guys are charming, there's nothing we can do about it. Unfortunately love and tastes aren't rational.

I just hope she comes to her senses when she is in college and away from him and knows that the way he treats her isn't okay. She is in a abusive relationship that just hasn't escalated to physical abuse yet but she want listen and her parents refuse to acknowledge it.

@CaseyRoss9966 - Ms Casey - Great closeup. As to daughter - teenagers are (and always have been) in revolt. They ordinarily grow out of that just as soon as it is their turn to pay their own bills.

@CaseyRoss9966 - Time and patience are the only cures for the type of problems that you describe. Good luck to you and to all.

I don't either and I am not fond of him at all and he knows it. He doesn't try any of that stuff when I am around or my parents are around because we will step up and say something to him. He yelled at her once while I was there and she started to cry and I jumped down his throat. I told him if he ever spoke to her that way again and I found out it would be the last thing he ever did. I don't take that kind of stuff from anybody. I told my boyfriend if he ever spoke to me and treated me like that he wouldn't have a girlfriend and I would smack his teeth out and if his mother found out she would also smack him so hard his teeth fell out. My boyfriend told me he would never treat me like that because he respects me, loves me, and he was raised better than that. She is in an abusive relationship that just hasn't turned physical yet.

She is a pretty girl. Hopefully she will learn to be her own person and not let guys like him treat her in such a nasty way.
