He is just not a good person. He doesn't treat her like a human but as his possession. He flips on her whenever she makes a decision that is good for her like going to college. He talks down to her and gets mad over the stupidest things like her having friends over. I am just hoping when she leaves for college that she realizes that she deserves better and doesn't deserve to be treated the way he treats her. He will even talk down to her and yell at her in front of her parents but in front of me he want because I want listen to him say things like that to her.

I don't either and I am not fond of him at all and he knows it. He doesn't try any of that stuff when I am around or my parents are around because we will step up and say something to him. He yelled at her once while I was there and she started to cry and I jumped down his throat. I told him if he ever spoke to her that way again and I found out it would be the last thing he ever did. I don't take that kind of stuff from anybody. I told my boyfriend if he ever spoke to me and treated me like that he wouldn't have a girlfriend and I would smack his teeth out and if his mother found out she would also smack him so hard his teeth fell out. My boyfriend told me he would never treat me like that because he respects me, loves me, and he was raised better than that. She is in an abusive relationship that just hasn't turned physical yet.

I just hope she comes to her senses when she is in college and away from him and knows that the way he treats her isn't okay. She is in a abusive relationship that just hasn't escalated to physical abuse yet but she want listen and her parents refuse to acknowledge it.
