What's for dinner? August 11

Yeh and today I had the meatloaf sandwich lol.Tonight I'm fixing baked chicken thighs because I needed to use up some leftover Stove Top stuffing. And probably green beans with it. We have cake or ice cream if we feel like dessert. I made a white sheet cake and the frosting is part the regular sugar-shock with powdered sugar & butter, and then I mixed Cool Whip with it to take the sugar shock quality down a little. My mom doesn't like the frosting too sweet. And I put coconut on top.

I cooked for the third time in less than a week. All three meals have been a different version of the same thing... all casseroles. Tonight it was Tex Mex which is ground beef with Kraft Dinner, salsa, corn and Tex Mex shredded cheese. Earlier this week I made a pasta/chicken/bacon/Monterey Jack cheese casserole, and Friday shepherd's pie which had shredded Tex Mex cheese on top of the mashed potatoes and corn and carrots as veggies. Tonight's recipe was by far the easiest and dirtied the fewest dishes.

My husband is getting off late tonight so I am just making egg salad sandwiches for dinner to keep things simple.

For dinner, I had clubhouse sandwich.

It's too hot to do anything and after feeling as bad as I was yesterday pizza king is making our dinner,lol. Just waiting for it to be delivered.

I am working on night shift, so I guess my dinner would be the one I take in the morning after coming home from work. So for yesterday's dinner, we ate outside. I had squid adobo with eggplant omelette. Afterwards, we walked for 3 hours to play Pokemon Go.

To for me it is chicken...and want some other but don't what??? And I also have one tension because my girlfriend don't eat non-veg so I have to buy something other what she likes.
