What's up everyone? We are expecting thunderstorms this evening here at the Jersey Shore. I don't mind. The grass and garden could use some rain.
I had a quiet day. Did the gym and the grocery shopping. Wrote a bit online. Had a nice nap with my cat this afternoon. Now I'm waiting for my husband to get home from work. I don't know if he is going to beat the storm though.
No big plans for this evening which is how I like it. We'll probably sit outside on the patio with some drinks. Typical summer weekend night around these parts.

Oh our evening is going to be exciting, lol. I'm fixing beans & wienies for dinner. We have cake or ice cream if one of us wants dessert, then we'll watch Giants baseball. ("We" is my mother and I.) Right now I'm watching a movie on Netflix, an old Doris Day one, "That Touch of Mink."Can't believe I haven't seen this one before.

I have seen all of Doris Day´s movies. I would not mind watching them again though.

That's good to hear! Friday night is the best. My Friday night is actually Saturday Morning here. I'm ging to get some tasty breakfast since it is my cheat day today. I'll take a break from my weight loss cereals. :)

I finally finished the work I had set to do and I´m ready to recieve my guests tomorrow. Night has fallen and I didn´t notice. I was working at the kitchen with Leticia.
Now I promised I would not do anything else for the rest of the day. Nothing but mylot, of course. I haven´t done much online today.

It is actually morning her e in the Philippines, but it is the same since I am working on a night shift. Daytime is for sleeping. So, I m just about to get off from work and we are planning to play some Pokemon Go first before having dinner/ breakfast and then we go home and sleep. I'm looking forward to having kebab before going home. :) Have a nice weekend!
