I was just surfing the internet and saw where you could place white vinegar in a shallow container and it would draw gnats to it and you would be free of them. It also said you could spray Frebreeze on ants and it would kill them while leaving your home smelling nice. Now, I wondering, do these things really work? I guess I am going to have to experiment and try these two things. Have any of you tried or heard if these remedies actually work?

@melissa1024 Yes. What's nice about those things we learn from the internet is that they suggest things we can just find in our very own kitchen. And not expensive too.

@toniganzon Yes, exactly. I am always excited to learn new tips or tricks for cleaning or such things that deal with around the house.

@beenice2 I was thinking the same thing. Vinegar has so many uses around the home. I am going to have to try and see if it works. Problem is I don't have any gnats so I guess I just have to wait until I do to see if it works.

@SIMPLYD Thank you. Someone commented that the vinegar really did work in getting rid of the gnats. Now, to know if the Frebreeze frees us of ants is the question! I do not have an ant problem right now so I guess we will have to wait and see on that one.
