"Live everyday as if it was your last" Could not be more true.. Ask yourself this have you lived today as if you were not gonna make it? Are you happy with your life and look back on it and smile? Think of your wife or husband or boyfriend or girlfriend? Imagine them dating your child.. Is this the person you want your kid to date? If you said No to any of these... Change it.

I also remember the slogan "Tomorrow is not promised to anyone." Excellent thoughts to live by.
