Why is it so hard to accept things?

I am still in deep pain after my boyfriend have left me.It takes forever to forget the past because it was an 8 years relationship and I feel that nobody will like me anymore.Why does it have to be in this pain?why is it hard to accept things?I just like to move on and keep him out of my mind but he is still here inside my head and my heart.

Many have gone through with this.It will take time to heal.Keep yourself busy there and try not to think about it too much

It takes a long time to get over these things and accept them. But you WILL. Just keep company with your friends and family and someday you will not even be thinking about it anymore.
