She's blowing this out of proportion

I have posted about this before with a lady I work with. Now she claims that the manager and other employees are trying to get her fired from work. She will go off the handle about any little thing. I don't say anything because I need my job and to pay my bills. The other day apparently a customer emailed a complaint. In my opinion it is nothing, basically saying she was rude. The manager had called her into the office about her attitude and then about this email. I have stood and watched her snap, and make rude comments (probably not on purpose but still). I assumed it was over with, she claimed this one supervisor (who is 19 and useless), sent the email. Yes, the email when I read it was immature, and well written by a child (just things like u instead of you, and additude instead of attitude). Well I get a text from her saying she went to her lawyer, and he says it is harrassment and she is filing to HR. Well really does she have proof?. I said I want nothing to do with this because I need my job and no part of it. She then goes but I don't want to be fired.

You are better off not getting involved with her. Sounds like a lot of unwanted trouble and drama.

@ricki_911 for this type of people, your reaction to them acts like the oxygen that fuels their drama. Stop getting involved and watch the drama go away.

@allen0187 I ignored her today, and just did my work. I think that is the issue is dealing with the drama, and getting tired of it.

I noticed that, and said I want nothing to do with it.

Gee, I can't imagine why they would want to keep her around.

Any little thing they mention for example this complaint she flipped. Now she went to a lawyer and then HR, I'm thinking she has a lot more going on or she likes the drama.

You are better off just staying out of the whole thing. It will be bad if you get dragged into it.

I told her the fact she contacted a lawyer and stiring up the pot. I am not sure her issue is lately, and then her obsessing over this stripper yet claiming I am obsessing over this guy.

She sounds like one of those drama queens nobody should have to work with. I hate working with someone who I see is rude to customers/clients. It casts a bad light on the whole place. She must not know how rude she really is, of course people will complain. Harrassment my @ lol. Dang, I hope you get rid of this person.

I'm not sure how she is seeing this as being everyone else's fault. I know she asked to move up in a positionn and they are bringing someone from another store in. But any little problem she emails the district manager.
