It really depends how it was cooked. Either with pure egg whites or otherwise. I love leche flan after dinner. Our family love this dessert.

I love this as well but I only buy from selected outlets in Manila even if they are a bit expensive. I tried eating it in Dubai but even though they taste similar, somehow, it lacks something. Still, when craving strikes, any sweet thing will do.

I love leche flan with a thick sweet sauce and with the top a bit on the crusty side.
