Help, how to set only particular phrase of a song as your ringtone?

I want to set only a particular time of the song, as my ringtone? Is that possible?
Please help out people, a random song has a good sonority at middle of the song, but it starts so annoying. And when i get the phone call, i will need to wait 1 minute, for the good part to show up, and i believe it will hung up automatically, responds from the phone system it can't wait more than a minute if a call is not responded.

I need to do the same. I think there are plenty of programs which allow you to cut pieces of a song.
Audacity could be one, for example.
Making the song start at the middle sounds like sci-fi instead.

Sci-fi looool.. By the way heey i have audacity on my PC, but then how can i put the cut part on my phone? My mind stopped working damn i know there were some programs to download audio files from PC to phone.. I mean specificially cut parts.

@supervalon There are several ways. USB cable, bluetooth, send an email to yourself with the audio attached. Then there must be programs which do the same directly on your phone, but the best ones are likely to not be free.

There are apps called ringtone maker where you can cut the song as per your wish and then make it your ringtone.

Thanks very much anamika, i tried that and it seems that it's the closest thing or therefore exactly what i asked for.. It works!
