Change sleep routine

I notice for the past few days my sleep routine has shifted from the usual 9pm onwards to 12am and 2am onwards. I hate waking up late, so many things you need to do in the morning, exercise is one of them. But it wasn't just the weather that change my routine, it was also because of a TV show that was aired last month, a remake of a popular series here. I thought it would just passing time, but I became obsessed with it. I couldn't stand watching it on tv because of the commercials, so I had to wait for it in youtube two hours after it's aired. I think I'll just watch it if i wake up a lot earlier next time.. I barely woke up six today if it wasn't for my alarm.

It's in gma 7 every 7:45 it's a remake that I've somewhat waited for a decade. hey, some one's made a post about you not being active, we were all worried sick @Lucky15

Good thing you you can still wake up early with your alarm. My daughter could not wake up early even with alarm if she goes to bed late.

I hate it when my routine gets disturbed like that. I have trouble sleeping anyway! Hope you can get back on track easily.

Hello @peavey I think it's because I take a nap and wakes up in the middle of the night. Somehow that became my habit which is wrong.

I only have 4 hours sleep from 11:30- 3:30 sometimes 4.I am always sleepy.

Won't that get you weak some how because i had that experience if i don't sleep more than six hours.

I see that sometimes a good TV play or something like having a match that interests you will make you change your sleep routine because you feel addicted to it and would like to watch it, which was the same with me. This summer vacation I watch some nice TV series made by our country and I watched a lot of episodes of them. What is the good is that it can be seen online, so I do not have to wait till it is night time. I can watch it anytime I feel like watching.

I don't watch tv. My late husband used to watch netflix videos all the time next to me while I was on the computer. I would get so distracted and it would take me hours just to get one thing listed on ebay because of it.
