Some can not see the best intention that some are doing.
I am a proud sister, not just on what he did, but on how he handled the interview.
When i look at his photos, another call of duty and dangerous operation again due to rains.
Glad that they just got few.minor injuries.
On his radio.interview, i never felt proud for i might lost my composure with such questions and he kept his coolness.
Why a radio anchor be like a conclusive or judgemental on motives of the operation? Saying they are after.promotion.
I don't think so.
He was just promoted.last month and he can get into higher ranks if he wanted to, but he have to set it aside for his daughter is still young and time to spend with them is being taken away due to his sworn responsibility.
To be honest, i felt mad with the anchor's question. For she.has no idea what kind of place where they had their operation and how difficult to get into the place...their lives were on the line because that is their job...their responsibility.
Yeah..wish this.anchorwoman will join them in the next operation and experience the slippery and dangerous.terrain. And also live with the people there, and observe why people still plant Marijuanas despite the government's warning.
By the way, my brother once said on his local tv interview, they prefer to plant marijuanas than purple yam because they get to earn more.money and easier to sell.
So...is it their fault for they can not stop them from planting or government's for not being more patronizing to their local product?
Oh well...sorry about this.
Now i felt better. Lol.

Hmm, seems you are referring to a lady announcer in Vigan City. Oh don't get to much affected by it, you are stress. Let's just say its part of their job. What's important is that your brother know how to answer those questions.

All they do is report or supposed to be now a days they seemed to spout their opinion in their reporting.

More and more the new media has its own agenda and are more interested in shaping what their listeners think than inform them of what is going on in the world. Thankfully Canadian news is more objective than our neighbours to the south. It still fails at times though.

@hereandthere It isn't just for ratings. They are trying to influence public opinion. That can be positive but we're human and usually it isn't.

It is good to vent sometimes. Is it dangerous to defy the new regime there though?

I had also seen some news anchors now who ask questions that seem inappropriate.

And that's why I don't believe in media anymore. After Yolanda's aftermath, those media reported a sugar coated lies making it looked like my hometown was okay and back to normal after a month. Duh.
