Shut Down

Things have been crazy around here lately. I literally feel like I am running around accomplishing nothing. Meanwhile, I am so tired I could literally sleep for days, if the kids would allow it that is.
Well my oldest started school again on the 8th. He goes half days Monday-Thursdays. Well when we went to pick him up the teacher was outside having a meeting with the parents and we found out the school got shut down by county for paperwork issues. She also has to get rid of two preschoolers because the county said since she home-schools her daughters she has to count them into her head count for her licensing.
We are waiting to hear back and see what happens. She is going for a slightly different licensing for now so she can bring all the kids back she needs to save up $2000 before they will give her the actual "preschool" license. The whole thing is a mess and I cannot wait for my son to be able to get back in school. I missed all the other preschool sign ups so if he is one of the two kids to get the boot I will have to go get some home school stuff and get my butt in gear!

Omigosh, that doesn't seem very organized of them, does it? Hope it al works out okay.

No it is a very small private school we pay $200 a month for but there was know secrets. She submitted her licensing paperwork 2 years ago and it keeps getting kicked back for little reasons. She currently has small daycare licensing. She was honest with all the parents from the beginning so we knew it was possible. They however couldn't find anything other then paperwork to shut her down for. They said she has to change her fence from 5ft to 6ft because she has chicken water on the other side but that is it.

@farbuoloxusy oh I know the frustrations of details in paperwork, it probably isn't her fault then.

I hope you hear something soon and that everything works out in your favor. I, also, hope that you are able to get some rest soon. Things always seem so much crazier when you are not getting your proper sleep. Take care of yourself!

I hope so too! I want my son prepared for kindergarten when he gets there and her teaching is amazing! He went there last year with her and I am so grateful for that. I am at least finally able to sit down and relax on the computer for a little so I am feeling great for now.
