Hey, everyone and, I hope all is well in your neck of the woods me and, Rooger just got back from our walk, it's another scorcher out there, but a beautiful day, our path started with trying to keep Rooger on the bridge, he doesn't seem to want to walk on it, but he has too, because as a lot of you know my porch keeps getting flooded with sewage, it's awful, but what can you do right, after that we walked through the grass in the backyard and, saw our old friend the giant pine tree in our backyard, it's the only one Grandpa didn't cut down, when he cleared the property many years ago, he planted tomatoes and, strawberries out there. I would say the tree is close to 100 feet high and, about 4 feet thick, after that we continued up the trail, saying hello to the horses and, goats, then luckily found some shade in the forest as we were surrounded by trees on both sides, now we are just home watching the Olympics. Men's USA volleyball is putting a whipping on Italy right now.

That sounds like a nice relaxing day. Is this the last day for the Olympics?

@TRBRocks420 I am not sure, I thought they were only two weeks long, but maybe it is three. Who knows these days. I just looked it up and BBC is saying there is a at least 16 days. So a little longer than two weeks I guess.

Gotta take a peek at the volleyball! Glad you and Rooger got to take a walk today. I absolutely love old trees! It seems there is so much to look at in just that one tree. Amazing.

@TRBRocks420 At least your girls won the gold medal at Water Polo. Always against Italy.

I love big old pine trees. I found one near my house with this cool twisted trunk, and I intend to draw it soon.

That's awful about your porch situation. I go do things outside in the morning and toward sunset at this point. That glaring sun is too much for me. Sally pup insists on playing ball like a maniac no matter what. I don't want her to get sunstroke.
