Eating at Frankie's

Hope everyone had a great day. We were busy at the eye doctors office today. My better half had an appointment and I went with him in case his eyes were dilated and he couldn't see to drive. Afterwards we ate at Frankie's. Do you have a Frankie's in your area?
It's an Italian restaurant and has a bar with live music. We don't use the bar but their food is delicious. I had a huge salad with all the fixings and my better half had ravioli, one of his favorite foods. When we got home I wrote a long letter to my nephew and of course mylotted.
When I got on mylot it started it's usual hanging up and I had to turn off the computer several times and start again, so that wasn't much fun, but other than that it was a nice day, I hope yours was too.

Mylot was lagging to much on my computer today so I am using my ipod.
I can't imagine how I would get an eye exam since I would have to drive myself home. I won't even get an exam anyway because I'm afraid they will say I need glasses or have glaucoma or something.

no ma'am, no such eatin' place'n these parts. i wonder why yer havin' so much troubles with yer puter?? cloudy 'n o'ercast here 'gain with 'breezy conditions' - alas, no rain still. did pour'n town'n parts though. lucky folks, lol.
e'ery day's a nice day :) i jest don't always see't 's such,

@RubyHawk i hear ya, ms. ruby. 'tis been cloudy 'round here all week. this 'fternoon 'n still now one can hear the thunder, see streaks 'f lightnin' off'n the distance. town got hit with a heavy rain fer a bit 'bout 5pm?
momma said her street 'twas flooded, the drops so large't sounded like hailstones. dunno how much she actually got...she's a rain gauge but ne'er put't 'p, lol.
i hope that'cha don't get flooded when such finally graces yer neck 'f the woods, hon. will keep my fingers crossed we both get a nice, slow, drizzle fer a couple 'f days. that'd be most beneficial to the lands.

@crazyhorseladycx I hope so, looks like you need it as much as we do. We haven't had any fires yet that I know of and that surprises me. We usually have a fire in the woodlands when it's this dry. I do believe there rain has been happening around the area just not where we live. Our creeks haven't dried up but Lake Laneir is getting low and that's where our water comes from.

I have had some trouble today on myLot, and also some on Swag Bucks. My two favorite sites, of course. No Frankies here and I would not be able to get hubby to go to one anyway. It is wise to be careful about those eye appointments.

We don't have a Frankie's in our area but I do love Italian food with lasagna being my favorite. We have Olive Garden is that similar?
