I am fasting and dieting for weight loss

As I had said previously, I am overweight and is around 107 kg, which is very obese and I need to lose weight. I have started fasting and dieting for weight and loss. I am planning to add walking also in the evening for weight loss. Do you have some good tips for weight loss?

I am with you. I have my wedding in three months and I am somewhat reaching your weight. I am starting with diet as well. My plan is to drink vegetable juice in morning, one boiled egg in the afternoon with little carbs and some vegetable of my choice. I want to keep my lunch heavy. I am planning to have a fruit in evening with either green tea or chamomile tea. And before bed a cup of warm milk. I want to continue this for three months without any cheat days. I really hope to keep it up. Don't you think it will be great if we accompany each other? To motivate and keep up.
