More involved with Fitness Blender

Unfortunately, this weather had been rainy and thirty minute work out on the Bike Treadmill had become totally useless. So, Last week I've tried out a fitness blender exercise that's being done by a couple on you-tube. The rain didn't subside again so I turn into their site once more, and watch one of their work outs. In the end I find better and made me sweater than before . The warm up was so bad either, I didn't feel too tired. Just like today, while I was on the third video, I didn't realize that It's been an hour already that I had to stop Because of the recent development, I've downloaded more videos for me so I don't have to check their website. They have programs too in their website, but too expensive for me so I just resort to these videos. These two promote exercise with out any use of equipment what so ever. I most look into this woman because she's more into the light impact cardio, besides, the hubby kinda intidimating to me (No offense meant). It's good for people like me, you can check them out too. here's a sample of their work out.

Hmmm. I haven't seen the word "tape" in a long time I just got hooked by it after doing it in full yesterday @ridingbet though I do my best to avoid the jumps, but so far the weight lifting seems to be okay.

@ridingbet OH NO way too far from it I slip back in july so Im starting again. Im not into having abs right now but just loose that belly.

But my mistake was not being kneen on my diet @skysnap, which is probably why my tummy still exist today.

That's good because you seem determined to losing weight. Losing weight need nt be expensve indeed so yu can just watch those kind of videos for yu to imitate in working out .

Come to think of it, maybe I don't need to buy a new set of exercise equipment. Some videos requires you to have some dumbbells, but I already made my own, even though it's just a cement and merely 6 to 8 lbs. somehow Im getting used to it now unlike before @SIMPLYD

@Letranknight2015 yes , I think that will do . I guess what is important is that it will build your muscles. And make you really sweat a lot.

@SIMPLYD And today after doing it with out the dumbbell routine, it's seemed more natural and still got the right amount of sweat like when i use the stationary bike.

There are lots of youtube videos that help us lose weight. I also am using a video from youtube for my regular workout.

I have seen some of them, but I just can't keep up, or they were just fooling around playing like that one commenter just said. But in this video, they really keep you up to task and make you follow the best way you can . Other videos are not so convincing. maybe you can share your video to me? @salonga

I can do it only in the morning @MarymargII It gets pretty tiring if i don't do it in the morning. The great thing about this work out, I could work on all of my muscles.

Yes, they have a lot of different work out videos. But I've followed and downloaded the recent videos @ilocosboy they uploaded.

I have an exercise I patterned from the Biggest Loser TV show hehehe.Every time I feel heavy for eating plenty I do the trick.

what season? the Pinoy or foreign version? @cacay1 Well, it depends on our will to eat right. my problem is how to avoid eating at night, even for a little.

It is good to take care of your health, and I hope that the weather can turn better so that you can workout more often. It is hot and dry over here. The wind blows the haze from the forest fires to our country again. Most of us dare not go out in this kind of weather.

@Letranknight2015 The forest fires will not reach my country, because it is separate by a large ocean. However, the smoke can reach here, and the sky is hazy and the air smelt of burnt wood.

Probably eat right, I tried to eat less, made me weaker, hard to sleep and rebounce back to eating more instead as the result. @Naustralia
