Is myLot Your Dirty Little Secret?

Haha. Yeh I know it's not "dirty" around here. What I'm wondering is if you talk about myLot to friends and family and whether you invite people here.
I imagine there are fewer invites because there is no payment for referral. But I'm also thinking sometimes you might want to have discussions involving friends and family so we're not so inclined to spread the word. I've talked about myLot to my sis, my mother and an offline friend, all of whom just wouldn't be interested in joining. I have one friend who's in another state who I told because she might need some extra dollars with her social security. But I haven't heard from her about it.
How about you, do you talk about myLot?

Yeh. Well for me, there are a couple neighbors I don't like a lot I might say something about here. myLot would be off the table with those folks, lol.

I do mention it and encourage people to join but most are not interested being too busy with life. I think the money is so small that busy people have little interest but I still try all the time. lol

@CinnamonGrl and those who are in a country where $10 makes a difference. We all know how far it goes in the US lol. A Starbucks and maybe a cookie!!

@BelleStarr I am up to almost fourteen, so I'm happy enough. It goes well with my other sites. When I'm starting at the beginning of the month, I'll likely always have at least twenty. But yes in other countries it's darn good.

I do talk about mylot with some online friends who believe in making money online and also want to earn some extra money while staying at home. I seldom talk about my online work with my friends as most of them do not believe in this, and it's earning too little to them. I did tell my parents and sister that I am making some money online, my parents are happy for me and my sister has no interest in making money online.

It is not a secret in my family. I talk about mylot often.But I have not discussed about this site with my friends. There are no friends who would be interested.

Yes, I emailed my one friend about it because we met in a chatroom. I thought she might want the extra money to supplemeht the social security, like I do. I never get to see her, she is in another state. I haven't heard from her in awhile, though. I'm hoping she is okay. The other offline friend, I refer to it once in awhile,,something someone said, but she'd never be joining.

Sometimes I will talk about it with friends, but not a lot. I don't really want people I know personally to join here, because then it would be too much like Facebook for me. If I want to talk to family and in person friends then I will do it in person or on Facebook.

I also heard this from one of my friends. I also need to earn some extra money. So I joined MyLot. I will work on this. Hope to get a good extra income. I wish you could also get moooooore dollars..... have fun...

I do and luckily most have not been interested. but I did make one mistake of inviting my grand daughter in law, but I think she has lost interest. I did not realize that soon after she would be moving in and might say something to close family about my rants on here.

My daughter got me interested in my first site (Bubblews) and we used to discuss the people there and the topics, but she hasn't joined us here - too busy. I don't know anyone else who would be interested, and to be honest i think it would inhibit me if I thought that anyone who actually knows me would be reading my stuff.

Bubblews was my "dirty little secret," because the site was so weird. And I did feel "dirty" when I wrote there. But here, I feel comfortable, and just write away when I have free time. However, I don't recommend it to friends, and I don't generally discuss things I write about here with friends. However, I might mention things I learn here to friends.

I haven't mentioned it to any of my family, as they are not really the type of people who sit at computers a lot, but my girlfriend was on here for a little bit (she's too busy with college now to spend any time on here), and my two kids see me on here all the time. Every now and then I'll let them read a few of my posts!
