Isn't it strange how you can miss people you have never met?

I hadn't been on MyLot for a long time but I often wondered how owlwings and wolfie were doing. Now I'm back I can catch up with them again. I missed them.
There was also jabo, who I met on Bubblews, when that ended I thought I would lose touch with her. I always loved her discussions. I was so happy when I saw her on here.
I've never met any of these people in person, but feel I know them a little at least. These aren't the only ones I missed but I can't name everyone.

Yes, because this IS meeting, even if not face to face. We get to know each other well through our different posts. And some people are much more personal about feelings, etc., in the things they talk about here.

@cinnamongrl I think you might be right saying that we sometimes share things with our online friends that we don't share with our face to face friends. Sometimes it's easier to talk when you don't have to face people.

Yes, I do. I did make some friends online and we do not meet each other personally. Even for some online friends, though we are not very closed to each other, we visit each other's discussions always, and we are kind of "spending time together" always, I will also miss them when I don't come to mylot.

I never really did it for the money. I was just checking which websites I was on, MyLot was amongst them. Then I saw the three people I mentioned on here and decided to come back.

@nannacroc Oh I see. I left when they stopped paying and moved to personapaper. I am very happy to be back here at mylot earning!

I always miss my online friends when they are not around. A lot of my online friends are closer to me then people I know in person. I am starting to get to know people on this site before and I do notice when people are absent for a few days. Even though I have never met any of my online friends in person, they are very dear to me.

Yes absolutely. Whenever I cannot be here I miss talking to everyone here. =)
