The Struggle is Real....

I've been trying so hard to eat healthier lately. Not that I don't eat healthy already but I tend to snack a lot and the snacks I eat basically cancel out the benefits of the healthy food. lol For dinner today I had a spinach salad with some turkey breast, some organic blueberry applesauce, and an apple. After I finished I had this insane craving for something unhealthy. I don't know why. It's like my body was like "Are you kidding me?" I lost the fight about half an hour later and ate two nutella sandwiches. Ugh. I need more self control. lol

I hate it also when I give in to cravings but my advice is to not beat yourself up too much about it and make your next meal a healthy one. Sometimes I also feel like my will power is tested when I deny myself for so long sweet treats so it is ok to give in once in a while to remove the feeling that you are depriving yourself.
