What's for Lunch?

I didn't have time to enjoy any myLot time this morning. I got caught up in a phone call from my best friend and we talked for almost two hours. With everything going on with my mom I haven't had time to chat with her so it was both a shoulder to cry on as well as catching up on life in general. We've been friends for ages but now we both live in different states and visiting is hard.
Now I'm able to sit here and read a bit while I decide what to make myself for lunch.
I have a leftover piece of chicken that would go nicely in a huge salad with lots of lettuce, tomatoes, sliced red onion, beets, sunflower seeds, croutons and of course blue cheese dressing.
Did you have lunch or are you thinking of lunch yet?

It's a lot earlier here, so I just finished eating some toast and cheese. We have leftover triptip, so I'll probably make a sandwich with that when the time comes. Your lunch sounds delish!

I had grilled tuna with salsa and cherry tomatoes for lunch. In also had sliced oranges for my dessert. I had beef stew for dinner.

We had a late breakfast so we haven't had lunch yet. I have no idea what I'm going to make yet. Lol. Once the kids finish with the school work their doing we will figure it out. Your lunch sounds like it will be yummy! =)

Your lunch sounds delicious! I'm planning on having the other half of a roast beef grinder I bought yesterday. I love it when my food is ready and waiting for me with no effort on my part!

I made a ham and tomato roll for lunch but ate it while I was working! It is nice to have a catch up with friends I am sure you found no difficulty in finding something to talk about!

We've just had our lunch - toasted sandwiches with flavoured tuna filling. I think it's roast pork tonight so I'll be looking forward to that.

I'll be taking my lunch 2 hours from now and I'm thinking of fish, veggies and rice.
