Would You Drink This??

Okay about a month ago my Uncle passed away 
So my Mother was helping my Aunt through it all afterwards and they were cleaning out her house and she had a cabinet full of Liqour, and Wines well she sent me a bottle of Red Wine but the year on it was 1999 and has never been opened. Me and my Mother put it in the fridge here at my house and when she was here she asked should we try it? I told her They say Wine ages with time but I am scared of it so we did not drink it L.O.L. What do you think? I posted a picture of what type of Wine it is. Please let me know what you think that it is safe or not to drink? Or should I just throw it away? Or cook with it?

Its not expired as liquor don't expire but because it is that old, It is stronger than the new ones you will see in the groceries. I think you should just keep it. You can still drink it but it will have more value after 10 years.
