Should I wait for another year?

It's confirmed. The long wait will add another year of waiting. I don't know if I should still feel upset as it always happens every year and I quite expected this to happen. This office is ... Lol! if only I could say those bad words but I don't do that in public, it only comes out inside my mind. The evil side of me stays inside and I won't let that come out. Anyway, I think I should move on and stop waiting because it will only delay my future plans. I can still find something better, a job that is best suited to my knowledge and an organization that will value my skills and efforts.

It is understandable that you are fed up. If you are not happy in the workplace, then the best thing to do is to leave and hopefully you will find a better job that will suit you better. Don't worry everything will turn out for the best.

Have you passed your resignation? Do not stress yourself too much.

@carexing25 That's the practical thing to do. Just keep your temper first until you have a new job.. :)

If you have dreams and see a way to reach them I say go for it! Waiting around will only find you older and someday wondering what might have been. Good luck to you.

I think it is just not easy to find a perfect job. But if your current office makes you feel so bad, you can try to find another one and then quit the present job. Good luck!
