I started on hospice a year ago last May. I'm ashamed to say publicly that I was 338 poundage. Two days ago I weighed and the scale showed me at 298. I'm so happy to be below the 30's. This is not the first time I've lost weight. Back in 2001 I had gastric surgery for weight loss. I started at 412 and I lost down to 250. I can't wait to get the next 50 pounds off.

That is something to be proud of. I had lost 23 pounds when I had my last annual check up. I wasn't even trying so it felt really good.

Wow you had a gastric surgery. I really wanted to do the gastric surgery but my doctor says my weight don't fit in for gastric surgery :( I am at 180 pounds and I hate being that and hate more because I can't do the surgery. I have pcod and also wrong eating habits which has caused this weight. 2 months before I was somewhere between 160-170 pounds and I have gaine back. I am starting off strict from tomorrow. Wish me luck until three months and I will be sharing my success story everyday here.
