Sorry if you are mislead. B O: Before Oregon angst. Heh. I did finally ferret out which safe place I'd put the Oregon map in. Whew. I can't take the rolling suitcase out before Monday cause the pups will have a pup fit. I must remember to go to the Vet clinic in the morning and buy prescription cat food or there will be a crisis while we are away. Will the person coming in to feed the cats- they will be peeking from behind things but will need food and water anyway- will she care if the furniture appears to have been dusted last January? And we must have decent road snacks. Can not forget the snacks. Heavens no.

@Jessicalynnt Such a strange thing, being in charge of another being, making decisions about what they should eat. Sonny James hates the food and does not understand that he could have a major body meltdown if he does not get that yucky kibble.

Sounds like things are ready to go! It is so funny that we have to avoid doing things to avoid upsetting the pups!

@Corbin5 I can not even whisper "car ride" cause the pups will be up and barking at the door.

@sallypup I know! We cannot breath a word. Perhaps we could substitute "vehicle," but they would catch on to that too quickly!

@Corbin5 These canine gals understand that a cane or broom, if used by humans, can get a toy from under the couch. They are not fooled easily.

@AbbyGreenhill My husband says the same thing. Especially the way nurses treat him at this age. He would not appreciate being infirmed and being treated like a brainless ninny.

The one thing I am always paranoid about forgetting are Vin's tablets. I know he should be responsible for his own pills but he does lots of things for me so I make sure his pills get packed. How long will you be away?

@JudyEv Most of a week. My hubby mostly takes vitamin supplements but also has a couple of prescription gizmos. He keeps track of them. I guess I should step in sometimes but he would have a fit.

@sallypup As long as we each have something that works for us. No need to step in if there is no need - so to speak. Enjoy your time away. We are heading off tomorrow but just for one night.

@JudyEv My dearest can't see and yet he's taken care of me more than me taking care of him through the years. Have fun on your night away.

I take it you're taking a trip to Oregon. Hope you have fun down there. Hopefully the cat will get along while you are gone.

@sallypup Oh, I missed putting the "s" on the end of cat. I knew you had more than one cat. I'm sure they won't cause too much trouble while you're gone.

I hope you have a good trip and your cats will be just fine and the person taking care of them won't notice a little dust on the furniture.
