A very special wedding

Yesterday I attended a very special wedding. The bride was from a family who had suffered a lot of tragedy. She lost two brothers, one from cystic fibrosis and the other from drowning, She also lost her dad to cancer when he was only 52.
She looked so happy. She had been with her partner for 12 years and they had a gorgeous little girl who was a bridesmaid. No one deserves happiness more than she does and it brought tears to my eyes to see them so happy.
Do you get emotional at weddings?

yes, i would be, too, if i knew. their daughter must be so proud and happy to have an active part in their wedding.

I am not a very "emotional" person but my heart does swell with happiness whenever I see two people tying the knot and becoming happy together.
