Eating Less Sweet

It's kind of race with yourself when you want to skip some type of food in your daily routine.
In that case eating less sweet can be bad for the people who don't want to put on weight.
Apart from the sweets, I think I also need to get rid of potato, milk fat, corn flour etc.
But it is going to take time to maintain this sort of health. Slow steps as they say.

i honestly don't think i can eliminate sweets, potato, milk, pork and chicken, but i am used to eating less rice now.

I suppose you are trying to lose some weight ? I also gain weight when i eat chocolates and lots of rice . So i limit them both .
I like to eat sweets but not much . ANd when it eat sweets it has to go with something also that is a bit salty , like a pasta .

I don't eat sweet foods really. Although sometimes I can't avoid to it some.

It is true, as we get older, we have to take caution on the food we eat so it won't affect our health.

I have a sweet tooth, it will hard for me if I apply this everyday. Maybe little by little I will make lesser intake of it.
