Eating Less Sweet

It's kind of race with yourself when you want to skip some type of food in your daily routine. In that case eating less sweet can be bad for the people who don't want to put on weight. Apart from the sweets, I think I also need to get rid of potato, milk fat, corn flour etc. But it is going to take time to maintain this sort of health. Slow steps as they say. You have a good monday.

Moderation is the key, no need to deprive ourselves of all the good stuff.

I do not particularly avoid any food, but just try to eat healthy. I think moderate intake of everything should be fine, with more exercises too. Enjoy your healthy diet and have a good day!

I say "just cut down on serving size" and move more, that's my best advice.

I suppose you are trying to lose some weight ? I also gain weight when i eat chocolates and lots of rice . So i limit them both . I like to eat sweets but not much . ANd when it eat sweets it has to go with something also that is a bit salty , like a pasta .

Eat everything in moderation.. when you try to eliminate something it becomes an obsession at times.

It is true, as we get older, we have to take caution on the food we eat so it won't affect our health.

It is hard to eliminate everything at once. You are smart to do it slowly.
