Today when you rent you need first month and last month rent plus deposit which is the same as rent . That all most as $2000us up front. A lot of the mobile homes or manufacturer homes that all you need to put down to buy One of the homes and all so the electric company want a deposit and they base it on your credit score not your history of paying electric bills., This why all so no one on top or the bottom as all apartment are you got people that complain about foot steps. Ok that it.

It is quite expensive. How do they expect people to come up with that kind of money? Not everybody had money like that on hand.

this is true and the type of landlord are trying to get the low income people to rent the places so they stay empty to much money up front needed . This why the US has a lot of working homeless.
