Donkey Kong was the first game ever made by Nintendo, it of course had a giant gorilla and, you had to climb up a bunch of ladders and, get past him or kill him. I think he also throws things at you, it was also where Mario was born, except for he wasn't called Mario back then, his name was jump man, his job was still to save the princess though. Donkey Kong was the game that originally put Nintendo over the top though, selling as many games as Pacman. I do think I like Pacman more though, but with Super Mario brothers, it might of surpassed Pacman.

I agree! I used to play Donkey Kong on the Atari where I believe it originated in the 1960s. I found it to be somewhat redundant and boring. I agree Mario surpassed this game and probably even Pacman! I loved Atari - Pitfall and Space Invaders! Woo. Lol.

@TRBRocks420 I love Donkey Kong but I've only ever played it on the Gameboy. I still have it actually. I don't want to part with it. Like what your post was about that I answered not too long ago about having items from childhood. I can't part with things that I loved as a kid. I still have a lot of my toys from when I was little. I don't play with them but just don't want to get rid of them.
